FMMI, the makers of got milk? Magic Milk Straws, needed a fresh, playful and interactive site that would appeal to kids and parents alike. As an official partner of the got milk? campaign, the company wanted to create a website that served as a cohesive extension of the iconic got milk? brand. And they needed an online presence that would differentiate Magic Milk Straws from its competitors as the only official straw of the got milk? campaign.
Team iE created an engaging platform that truly reflects the fun and colorful personality of the Magic Milk Straws brand. Our team approached the site's functionality and content in a simplistic way, making it easy for visitors to find a store carrying the product with an ever-prominent retail locator. We also developed a lead generating tool for the Magic Milk Straws "Name the Cow" contest, which will allow FMMI to gather customer data, identify and target specific regions, and populate a database for future marketing promotions.
By restructuring the messaging and defining the voice of Magic Milk Straws, we were able to bring a real persona to the product. The content on the site better defined the Magic Milk Straws positioning statement and value propositions in a tone that was creative and appealing to the product’s core demographic – parents and kids. We also helped Magic Straws creatively display its nutrition information by creating a simple-to-navigate nutritional comparison chart, which emphasized the product's strongest value propositions.
