Sedgwick came to iE for a content-driven site that acted as a lead-generating and conversion tool for its heating and air conditioning repair and replacement services. Beginning with the homepage, our team created a comprehensive sales funnel that relied on educating the consumer about Sedgwick’s approach to common heating and air conditioning repair and replacement processes. Our content strategy allays confusion about what the consumer should expect in order to compel trust in Sedgwick and its expertise and intuitively guide them to calls to action.
Heating and air conditioning service is all about keeping homes and the people in them comfortable and protected, no matter the weather or season. Our design and content strategy was to imbue warmth and reassurance at every turn and to personally connect with Sedgwick’s clientele through the inclusion of written content, imagery and colors that evoked that feeling. Peppering the company’s testimonials and accolades throughout the content reassures the user - emergency or not - that they would not spend another night uncomfortable in their own home.
An engaging map of the metro area demonstrated that Sedgwick’s NATE-certified technicians were stationed conveniently around the Twin Cities and were poised to deliver efficient, knowledgeable and high-quality service in practically any neighborhood.
