Administering Your Organization’s Mail Quarantine

1) Administration tools for your E-mail account can be accessed from the Internet Exposure website via two different ways.

In your web browser, go to http://secure.iexposure.com/mailq to access the web login page. The administration page is accessed with the same user name and password that you use to check your email with. Enter your email address in as the user name and enter your password. Click Login to continue.

- OR -

Login to your E-Mail Administration and click "Go" in the "Select Your Spam Policy" box on the Email Administration page.

2) Click "Go" in the "Mail Quarantine" box located toward the bottom of the page.

3) To view the items in the actual quarantine, click on My Qurantine from the left navigation. From this screen, you can search for a message by entering the search critera above and clicking Search. You can also click on an individual message subject to view the message.

4) If you find a message in the quarantine that is not SPAM, you can request that it be released for delivery. This will remove the message from the Quarantine and place it in the recipeints’ Inbox. Click on the Release/Request Release button above the message to remove the message from the Quarantine.
