1) In Outlook 2003 click on Tools -> E-mail Accounts to open the E-mail Accounts window. In this window click the button next to Add a new e-mail account and click Next.
*NOTE: Once you are finished, if you would like to add an extra level of email security, follow the instructions below to add encryption (SSL). You can do this even if you've already set up your account.
2) Click the button next to POP3 and click Next.
3) Under User Information enter your name and e-mail address.
You have 2 options:If you would like to download all of your email to your computer. Select POP3 from Account Type and enter pop.iexposure.com in the Incoming mail server blank. Then enter smtp.iexposure.com in the Outgoing mail server blank.

If you would like to leave a copy of your email on our email server, or access your mail in multiple locations. Select IMAP from Account Type and enter imap.iexposure.com in the Incoming mail server blank. Then enter smtp.iexposure.com in the Outgoing mail server blank.
Under Logon Information enter your user name in the User Name blank and your password in the Password blank and click "Next".
Note: DO NOT check the Log on using Secure Password Authentication box.
4) Click Finish
Added Security - Step 1 (of 3)
In Outlook 2003 click on Tools -> E-mail Accounts to open the E-mail Accounts window. In this window click the button next to View or Change existing e-mail accounts and click "Next".

On the Settings screen click the "More Settings..." button on the lower right.

In the "Internet E-mail Settings" window click on the "Outgoing Server" tab at the top. Check the box next to "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication".

You have 2 options:For POP Email Accounts
In the "Internet E-mail Settings" window click on the "Advanced" tab at the top. Check the box under Outgoing mail that says "This server requires a secure connection (SSL)". After checking the box change directly above there is a box that has the number "25" in it, delete "25" and replace it with "465". Check the box under Incoming mail that says "This server requires a secure connection (SSL)". Verify the number in the box above it changes from "110" to "995". Click "OK" on the bottom right, then click "Next". Then click "Finish".
For IMAP Email Accounts
In the "Internet E-mail Settings" window click on the "Advanced" tab at the top. Check the box under Outgoing mail that says "This server requires a secure connection (SSL)". After checking the box change directly above there is a box that has the number "25" in it, delete "25" and replace it with "465". Check the box under Incoming mail that says "This server requires a secure connection (SSL)". Verify the number in the box above it changes from "143" to "993". Click "OK" on the bottom right, then click "Next". Then click "Finish".
