On Demand IT Support

It's simple really, you can pay as you go or purchase support hours in bulk. We make it easy to do business with us. We offer discounted rates on our 6, 12, and 24 month plans.

With our On-Demand Plan, you pay as you go.

What's included:

This is our everyday-level support plan. If you encounter a problem, call us and we'll fix it. We charge a flat hourly rate, billed in 15 minute increments.

With our Monthly Plan, you purchase hours in bulk.

What's included:

This is our most popular plan. It allows you as a client to have a predictable cost on a monthly basis. The plan includes access to our technology experts via phone or on-site support, and remote monitoring of your critical technologies.

Our package bundles start at 50 hours of support. You can add additional support hours in ten hour blocks. These hours last as long as you need them. No matter how long it takes you to use them, they're yours until depleted. Think of it like a prepaid calling card, except the calls you'll be making are to your exclusive technology support partner.

Think of it this way, 50 hours is the amount of hours an average small business will spend over the course of six months. Over the course of those six months you may encounter a slow down in your email system, or a software glitch on a few workstations. You may even be tasked with installing or upgrading a technology and need our help. What you'll get from us is a complete solution to your technology needs.

For example, one of our clients had an issue with their mail server. They were convinced that the hardware was out-dated and they were facing a large hardware procurement bill that they couldn't afford. However, before they embarked on purchasing a new server, they decided to call us. Upon meeting with them and performing an on-site assessment we discovered that their mail server hardware was just fine. The email slowdown was due to a misconfiguration that took our technology experts only two hours to identify, replicate, test and fix. Where the company was facing thousands of dollars in bills we were able to solve their problem for hundreds.

With our Premium Plan, we become your one-stop technology support solution.

What's included:

We recognize that some of our clients want an extra level of support, and with our premium plan we provide just that. We'll provide you with front of the line access to our technology experts to ensure we solve your critical technology support issues on your schedule, not ours. We'll also come on-site twice a month and sit down with your staff. We'll review any ongoing technology issues, or discuss future technology planning. We'll be that expert in the room so you can focus on running your business. We'll also provide around the clock monitoring of your critical technology and provide you with our preventative maintenance solution. With our preventative maintenance solution, we'll update, patch, and upgrade workstations and servers, on-site or remotely.

We offer our Premium Plan as a support contract. We offer discounts based on the term of the contract.

A six month agreement rewards you

There are facts and there are FAQs, we happen to provide both. Below are answer to the most frequently asked questions regarding our technology support solutions.

What are you hourly rates?

Our hourly rate is $125.00 per hour. However, under our Monthly and Premium Plans we offer discounted rates. For more information contact our solutions department.

What's included in your Premium Plan?

Our Premium Plan is a comprehensive support solution for companies that require a complete partnership with their support team. Under our plan the only support phone call you'll need to make is to us. We'll provide you with a special hot-line that gives you direct access to our technology experts. We'll monitor your network around the clock and make sure everything is working properly. We'll also provide our preventative maintenance service, which includes inventorying and maintaining your critical servers.

What's included in your On-Demand Plan?

Our On-Demand Plan includes over the phone and remote access support. If the problem requires us to come on site we'll charge you a trip fee and a minimum of one hour of billable time.

What's included in your Monthly Plan?

Our Monthly Plan is similar to our On-Demand Plan with the exception that we offer hours in bulk and at a discount. If you'd like to inquire about our latest offer, please contact our solutions department.

Background

In 2003, Charles Cudd Co. was struggling maintaining their email servers. After many attempts to resolve the problem internally, they began to look for outside experts to help.

Client

Charles Cudd Co. designs and builds fine, principled homes for the immense enjoyment of their customers. They pride themselves on building homes that are prized within their communities, stand the test of time, and become sought after treasures by future generations.

To that end, they require constant communication with their diverse client base. Their Signature Homes division has several locations including a main office in Hawaii.

Problem

Because Charles Cudd's main focus is building custom homes, when it came to implementing technology solutions they've done what many small businesses have done—they improvised and tried to do it in-house. After struggling with their email setup internally, they realized that outside expertise was needed.

Case Study: Local 49

Background

In 2005, the International Union of Operating Engineers Local 49 of Minnesota sought outside technology expertise. Internet Exposure and Local 49 began their business relationship through the redesign of the existing Local 49 Web site. After the successful launch of the new site Local 49 expressed their need for updated network technology support. Through collaborative discussions it was discovered by Internet Exposure that there were some very important changes that needed to be made. Local 49 was having difficulties managing their network and domain. Their network security was non-existent, and they required a solution to connect their branch offices to their main office.

Client

The International Union of Operating Engineers Local 49 was formed in 1927. Today they are more than 13,000 men and women in Minnesota, North and South Dakota with contracts for highway/heavy and building contractors, well drillers, equipment repair shops, welding shops, sand and gravel suppliers, counties, municipalities, hospitals, school districts, cemeteries, and more. With such a diverse and spread out employee base, their ability to stay connected is at the core of their business.

Problem

The staff and management at Local 49 were constantly frustrated by the inability to maintain their current technology. Frequently their network had connection problems; there were numerous branch offices with different technology and in many cases lacking technology to connect to their main office.

Recognizing that in order to maintain its core services to its members, Local 49 sought a technology and Internet solution that was comprehensive and cost-effective.

Decision

When Local 49 made the decision to use a technology solutions company, they wanted to ensure they were working with a highly competent staff that could solve their short-term as well as long-term technology challenges.
