It's always nice to have something seemingly complicated, such as how Google crawls the web, explained clearly and simply.
In this video overview, the head of Google himself, Matt Cutts, quickly explains how the search engine indexes web pages and how it determines which websites are the most relevant to what the user is searching for. Not only that, he uses Katy Perry as an example and is super duper chilled out.
