SMITH & FORGE/MILLER COORS, CUSTOM GAMIFICATION OF TRAINING MATERIALS

National beer brewing giant MillerCoors is the second-largest beer company in America, capturing nearly 30 percent of U.S. beer sales. The company offers a variety of craft and import brands, including Smith & Forge, Blue Moon, and Leinenkugel’s. MillerCoors operates eight major breweries in the U.S., as well as the Leinenkugel’s craft brewery in Chippewa Falls, WI, and two microbreweries, the 10th Street Brewery in Milwaukee and the Blue Moon Brewing Company at Coors Field in Denver.

ONLINE PRODUCT TRAINING

While in the midst of launching their latest product, Smith & Forge Hard Cider, MillerCoors was looking for an innovative way to quickly and efficiently distribute information about Smith & Forge to retail partners across America.

WHAT WE DID

PRODUCT TRAINING GAMIFICATION

We designed a fully branded, interactive training site where each retail partner had online access to an informational video and promotional documentation filled with product knowledge and sales materials about Smith & Forge Hard Cider. After reviewing the documents and watching the video, users were quizzed on the content and given the opportunity to play a short game, earning chances to win prizes along the way.
