In order to incentivize the highest performing salespeople at TWC, the company developed the Winners' Circle—a reward program that measures and tracks sales activities across several different factors with the ultimate prize in 2015 being a trip to Cancun, Mexico!
INTERACTIVE SALES TRAINING
First, we created the website, where TWC users can log in to gain access to promotional resources, play the challenge games, see a list of past Winners' Circle Winners, read rules on the current and upcoming challenges, find out more information about the trip to Cancun, and more. Essentially everything users need to know about the Winners' Circle contest and how to win can be found on this site. Then, we created a series of 4 different Challenge mini-games from a word search to a hidden word game that were launched every other month to encourage users to return to the site for the chance to win prizes and incentives.
